Aggregate sizes of the deny-list sets behind the compliance verdict, served from cache. Open and keyless.
smart_contract counts live smart contracts (energy cannot be delegated to them, which is why they are in the set — not an AML judgement). aml_risk is the central deny list, spam_sender mass-spam senders.
